Maybe if you try to include them into your nutrition and get them an account on AM, show them how to lift weights too, they might turn around and enjoy AM as much if not more than you! That's what Resolve did with me. I didn't like him spending time on here away from me until he helped me out health wise and got me an account on here. Now I realize how addicting AM is! :lol:

If you live with her, jump on after you finish helping her out: dishes, clothes, dinner...etc. Then she probably will not complain so much.

You were learning, researching and gaining knowledge, and theres a ton of stuff to take in, so that is excusable, and your girl probably felt a little neglected given the large amount of time your were using up online. As for the general theme of this thread, Ive gotta say, no offense to anyone, but I have noticed that alot of folks here spend ALOT of time on these boards, I may pop online during the afternoon, look around make a post or two and then come back at night just before bed to see if anythings up or there are any replys, and I see the same people have been online posting all day, and also Ive seen, while researching things myself, that alot of the same folks are posting on several other boards as well, and it has me wondering when they have time to train and eat and work and have a life offline. It also has me wondering how good some of the advice can be, given from people who spend more time typing than training.

I sit at work for 10 hours, hiding this page to read in between solving problems. On my off days I'm not here. My wife doesn't even know about this.

Haha no i dont live with her, but she lives a good distance away so consequently we stay with each other a lot, and its not so much bitching but more like a sarcastic nagging lol but none the less it becomes somewhat redundant... considering i hear about it almost every day lol

as for babywifey's idea i've tried that but she is a college cheerleader and seems to believe that this is all about bodybuilding, and doesn't want to be some "muscled up chick" lol she won't even take supp's except for somethin like rpm before a workout haha
