hello Everyone i am new here i am from canada. I have joined this site to gain the knowledge need to tell my genectics to take a hike. I started to build 4 years ago at 5'8" and 130 lbs i went up to 160" a year ago and couldn't put on more so i decided to start with PHS i have done 2 cycle with 4 months between and have been off my last cycle now for 2 months i am now 170lbs and 15 % bf. I will keep you guys up to date with my next cycle when i get it. Pics will be posted soon.
