Yea, so i joined a gym again yesterday. Been managing one part time for a while. But I moved and haven't been lifting for over a month.

So what'd i miss in the past year or so?

So i think you guys missed me at my biggest...225 after my one and only 'real' run

Nowadays i'm more like 180 and doing endurance sports...few 5k's, 10k's and a half mary under my belt. Got a duathlon and a 10miler coming up in the next few months. Some triathlons later in the year.

I'm still tbe biggest dude at these events and I'm a bit too big stil to be really competitivel and i'm still a conceded prick who is obsessed with looks (doubt that'll ever change).
