Notification / Globe Problem

I know a lot of us had this problem the other day with the #1 on the globe.
Now I am getting a #3 for notifications when I have read all my threads

Now its sticking at the #4 instead of 3.

Seems to be happening again.. it says 1 all the time on the globe for notifications Admin
