When I go to my profile page and look up my recent posts, why are all the posts from my friends on there too? Is there a setting that I'm overlooking to get it to just show MY posts?

Are the posts from your friends posts included in threads that you started or no?

It was showing their posts in threads I haven't even posted in.

By default, "All" is chosen under My Activity. Make sure you click on your username and it should show just yours. Otherwise, your friends activity does show up. See attachment.
