How to add an avatar photo?

Ive been looking all over! ive uploaded the pic to a album but dont know how to make it visible as my avataR!

i use the app, i go to my profile.. ckicked on my picture and uploaded from add from album or take picture now. i have never scene anyone use an album

go to settings, go to edit avatar, add photos from your computer or copy and paste pic address into the bus bar
