Hard to reach SHOUTBOX

I've come to learn that the shoutbox has been changed a couple times before. Well I know that I would use it more if it were easier to access.

How bout moving the shoutbox into the quickbar at the top of each page. The area where the photos and videos and diet tracker things are. That way, you dont have to go out of your way to use the shoutbox.
