Formutech Lean EFX Refined Product Log

Let me start off by saying Thanks to both AnabolicMinds.com and Formutech Nutrition for this Log opp. I received my Lean EFX Refined today in the mail with a few extra goodies. As of right now I am on week 6 of 8 of my BossBody.net Custom Program. The goals of this program are to lose body fat while still making some lean muscle gains. I plan on starting Lean EFX tomorrow morning after my weigh in and I will update the log as I go.

Lean EFX Refined Log

Good morning everyone! Here is my morning update as promised.

Age: 24 Years

Height: 5'7"

Weight: 181.9 Lbs

Current Workout Program: BossBody.net 8 Week Tranformation

I woke up at 0500 hours today and went to my morning meeting with the Throne of Kings. By 0520 hours I took 1 single Lean EFX Refined capsule.
By 0550 I knew it was working.

Here is a little supplement History on myself. The last thermogenic I used was Hydroxycut Elite Hardcore approximately 2 months ago. With Hydroxycut I was never quite sure if it was working or not.

At 0540 I was eating my breakfast consisting of 1 apple, 1 cup of oatmeal with cinnamon, 6 egg whites, and 2 whole eggs

At 0600 Hours I was feeling Lean EFX coursing through my body. I am already in Love with this product. I have a little bit of that Itchy/crawling skin feeling that I used to got when I first started taking Pre-workouts, and I have to say I LIKE IT! I am already noticing an increase in my energy levels as well. I will keep you all posted as this run progresses.

Lean EFX Refined Log

Good morning everyone! Here is my morning update as promised.

Alright Meat heads Leg day was a ****ing success! Lean EFX at 0520 hours, Volatile Pre-workout 2 servings at 0700 hours, and Endurance BCAA Plus Intra-workout.

I am Pleasantly surprised with the combination of these products. I can still feel the effects of the Lean EFX and pre-workout. I was not one bit Jittery nor have I crashed.

The focus and determination that I had today in the gym was phenomenal! It is hard to explain the feeling but I guess it can be compared to training for a show/meet for months getting there and knowing you are going to win.

I was able to hit a new personal best on the leg press today of 1300 pounds for almost 3 reps after doing 4 sets of 450x20, Squatted 365 raw for 5 reps, and killed the isolation work.

As of day 1 I give Formutech Nutrition and Lean EFX Refined a 12/10!

Side note:
I had a fellow meat head come up to me today and he asked me what I was taking because I was "working out more intensely than usual". I pulled out Formutech's Fat burner gave him 1 capsule and told him "Just do it" Muahaha

It really gets me going in the mornings and the second dose helps maintain that energy throughout the day. I noticed that I am not always thinking about food now but when it is time to eat Man can I put it down.

Yeah dude. If I'm not really careful I can hit 4k so easy. I'm happy my metabolism is really fast so I can do a good paced cut at 2500-2700 per day mon-fri and 3200-3500 sat and sun. I see some guys doing 1700 cals to cut. I would go freekin batty
