Definitely a great pre workout, love the pumps from it and doesn’t keep me up at night when I take it after work. Perfect for that sustained energy in the gym after a tough day but not overwhelming where I get tweaked or nauseous.

not the best for energy but i like this i prefer i more natural feeling, can get some really good pumps off this product, which seeing in the mirror is great motivation to lift more

Same here! The mirror is my best freind, it never lies.
I get just enough energy to help me through the tough days. Every now and then I get oneof those days, where work killed me, Been up all day, tire and still need to hit the gym. Thats when the energy helps out, but its not overbearing where I cant concentrate on my work out.

So true. It's great for training at any time of the day. I can start lifting at 9pm and can still fall asleep before midnight.

if you do find yourself struggling to sleep there is always resurrect lol

i think stims can only provide so much motivation the energy can be there or not tired and you still don't want to lift when you see a full pumped bicep or pec you want to do another set to increase this you begin to enjoy your sets and training
