Had a light leg day last night. Some deads, calves and extensions. Early shift today. Start first dose this morning at 7.

Dosing is not issue. All it takes is having a travel pill case with you. Here is the list of supps I'll be running with it.

Formutech Restore Liver Support
FOrmutech Multi
Flexible Joint Support (I'm old with old knees)
Natural EFX non stim fat burner
Fish oil
Perform or Endurance BCAA

PWO
WFR or Volatile mixed with 1g agmatine.

Tomorrow will be my third day dosing and will be the first good workout I will be able to get in. I'm coming off of 3 herniated discs, but still lift. I will post the first workout in the am

Killed chest with 5 different exercises and some tri work. Only had 45 mins. But pushed out sine good reps. Still with light weight but neck hurts less

So writes the workouts where you have less time are the best cause your pushing yourself to get a lot done in a short amount of time

Raised weights back to where I was before I hurt my back. Gained some weight but that was all the damn carb cravings.

I haven't noticed any bloat, actually if my diet is good which it has been lately except for last night I cheated a little and had a couple cocktails, I'm really dry looking!

Shoulders today. Feeling good. Dropped a few pounds and upped dose by one each set

i dont know how your new alpha mass version is but i hated the old one.i make the other ingredients like cobalt and berberine responsible for the sides i was getting with the old version.and there were a lot of sides

Another great chest day since I have work all day Monday. Going to feel in the am. Starting pct tomorrow am. Has been and awesome run. Will keep posting
