Alpha Lab Kit Cycle Recommendations

    Alpha Lab Kit Cycle Recommendations


    I'm a long time lurker so this is my first post here. Background:

    Age: 33
    Weight: 190
    BF: 17%

    Training style: 5/3/1 Powerlifting + Olympic Lifts + Sprint Conditioning
    Previous Natty cycles: Activate Xtreme / Triazole 10wks, Activate Xtreme / Triazole / DAA 10wks
    Active Duty Military, have been lifting for 8 years

    I am planning my first PH cycle. I've been doing a lot of reading and the Forerunner products have peaked my interest. I would like to try out the Alpha Lab Kit or some variation of the Alpha Mass / Alpha Bulk stack. Here's some sample cycles I've come up with:

    1 Kit:
    6 Mass / 6 Bulk per day, 5 weeks, starting with Mass only for 1 week as per the chart put out by FRL, Reboot PCT

    2 Kits:
    8 Mass / 8 Bulk per day, 6 weeks, Reboot PCT

    1 Kit + 1 Bottle Bulk
    4 Mass / 8 Bulk per day, 6 weeks, Reboot PCT

    I've read that lethargy is an issue with 1-andro products. Maintaining high energy levels is essential for job, so that was my reasoning behind the third cycle. My reasoning behind running 1 kit only was simply to try out the product so I could evaluate it and possibly run a 2nd stronger Mass / Bulk cycle at a higher dose in a few months.

    Any recommendations? Thanks.

    I'd recommend just trying the first kit. You would get a good idea of how you react to Alpha Mass and if lethargy is an issue for you.

    Thanks for the reply Royd. I just started the lab kit yesterday. I will run the lab kit only for my first time around and make adjustments if needed. Should be fun!

    Just an update, I am two weeks into the lab kit and I am enjoying the results so far. The first week of Mass only I dried out a bit. Once I introduced the Bulk on week 2 I noticed a bit of water gain. I added in some Erase (3 caps ED) as an on-cycle AI and the bloat seems to be subsiding a bit. I am up a few pounds so far. Overall the weights have been moving a lot easier during the past week. Energy during workouts has been excellent. I've had some minor tiredness during the day but its not significantly more than usual. I will post a review in this thread when I get to the end of the 5-week cycle.

    I just started your first plan too, just to see how my body reacts to it. So far I do not see any side effects nor positive effects. Keep us updated and I will keep you updated too

    I am at the end of my Reboot PCT. I initially felt a little shut down for a few days but bounced back fairly quickly. I added Activate Xtreme to my PCT to speed things up a bit. I initially bought the kit thinking that Reboot contained DAA and I was disappointed to find that the batch I got contained the new version with calcium lactate instead.

    I hit a new squat max during PCT so I am happy about that. My other powerlift maxes didn't increase much, but my endurance at lower weights is quite a bit higher.

    All in all it was a decent first cycle. Looking back I should have run the stack at a higher dose and for a longer period of time to maximize its effect.

    Yeah the DAA is a patent deal and doses/length of cycles often is a learned lesson dependent much on the individual.

    Well I got done with my PCT last week. I gained quickly 18 lbs. Ater PCT, now I've only lost 5lbs. Footbaz is right. A 5 week cycle is not enough to obtain great results. The pros for me were : gain in strength on about the 2nd week, gain in muscle mass, my body looked more ripped even though I looked bigger. the cons started on my PCT:I grew white chest hair, I have a few acne in my back. My balls did not shrink but my libido was pretty high. It was amazing, Viagra aint got nothing on this.I wish I had bought two stacks instead of one. I'm taking a few months off than I'm going to try ANDRO MASS STACK or Anabolic Growth Kit

    All I can say is that it was not that impressive (noithing I couldn't do naturally) but it was still interesting

    I'm confused. You gained/kept 13 lbs over 5 wks of mass, were stronger, more ripped, with a high libido and you were not impressed? And you could have done that naturally, but chose not to? Or am I reading all that wrong?
