    Need Customer Service


    Is Royd or BiggRigg around? I have come into some problems with an order I received...got 2 bottles of 5-Alpha Test and the tabs are crushed/pulverized inside

    Every bottle I've ordered had that same issue...I just looked at the most recent bottle I purchased and none of the tabs appear to be crushed. But all of the other bottles had allot of crushed tabs.

    We got you. Packing dissolvable tabs can be problematic as they are soft obviously. We still pack them really tight.

    Forerunner labs, their Staff and CEO are all Class A people indeed. I merely let them know about this so they knew one of their retailers was mishandling their products and their CEO personally handled it like a gentleman. He even sent me a care package making up for the product without me asking for it, promptly answered and was amazing about it.

    This is one of the reasons this is a company more than worth it, to buy from and to stick with. Products that are properly dosed, amazing customer service, and a real people person of a CEO. Thanks to all of you guys, specially Royd , BigRigg and your CEO guys. God bless!
