Cjc 1295 And Femals
Okay i am totally new at this, never tried anything before. I am trying to lose weight and nothing seems to work, i need something to keep me a boost.
Does anyone know the effects of cjc 1295 on women? Like i said i am only trying t lose weight and tone up, not bulk up.
Please let me know if this is safe, also what would be the recommended dsg and how often?

i am on jenny craig right now and have been doing cardio/abs 2-3 times a week, until now my schedule has not allowed much more. i am trying to up it to 4-5 times a week

Bf thinking about using it, and i was reading an article about a girl who took it. It says she lost a good amount of weight and has kept it off. it just did not say any side effects, so i wanted to find out some more info?
Do you know about the side effects on men?

Just give it time then. At 145 X 15, your caloric maintenance is probably around 1800-2100 a day, and maybe more if your active. You should be burning at least 600 calories a day times 7, which is 4200 calories, a little over 1 LB of fat a week.

I'm not familiar with Weight watchers macros? Are you getting in enough protein daily? Do you lift weights as well as cardio? Muscle will burn more fat at a resting rate.You can add muscle with out getting bulky and it will help you drop the fat quickly.

Sounds to me your calorie intake may be to low. You want to make sure your consuming enough protein about 1g. per pund of weight. You will also want to try and increase cardio to about 5 days a week and lifting weights is a must.
