I suggest looking at your diet first. Then cardio/lifting.

As far as the effects of cjc-1295 and the effects on women and if it would be different: I have no idea.
  3. Thanks

It sounds like you have a plan then. I would advise against cjc-1295. You should fully research something like that before you consider using it. What made you pick that anyways?

  5. Bf thinking about using it, and i was reading an article about a girl who took it. It says she lost a good amount of weight and has kept it off. it just did not say any side effects, so i wanted to find out some more info?

Do you know about the side effects on men?

It will lead to suppression of natural hgh.

I'd stick to diet, and if you want to speed things up, a fat burner that boosts RMR, and increases Heart Rate slightly.

    Maybe even look into Recreate.

  7. sorry im really an idiot wen it comes to this...

    supression of natural high meaning?

    know anything about clen?

All of these things can be used, but I'd recommend diet first. You can take whatever you want, but if your diet isn't right, you'll never lose weight.

  9. diet is right, like i said im on jenny craig, 1200 calories a day

  10. Just give it time then. At 145 X 15, your caloric maintenance is probably around 1800-2100 a day, and maybe more if your active. You should be burning at least 600 calories a day times 7, which is 4200 calories, a little over 1 LB of fat a week.

  11. Will Stick To It A Little Longer Than Maybe Try Someting... Thanx For All Your Help

  12. I'm not familiar with Weight watchers macros? Are you getting in enough protein daily? Do you lift weights as well as cardio? Muscle will burn more fat at a resting rate. You can add muscle with out getting bulky and it will help you drop the fat quickly.

  13. Sounds to me your calorie intake may be to low. You want to make sure your consuming enough protein about 1g. per pund of weight. You will also want to try and increase cardio to about 5 days a week and lifting weights is a must.
