Is it possible to lose fat and gain muscle at the same time ? If so please tell me how?

Go 750 tren a and trt test weekly . With anavar anywhere from 40 to 80 daily. And do all that for 12 weeks and you will lose your bf and build a **** load of muscles. Just make sure you don't up your test over trt and start slow with the tren to see how you react. And ohh yea. Ur diet will be clean bulk heavy carbo. Tren love them carbs. Plus a solid heavy lifting. I did that and went from 22 % bf to 11 and added over 25 lb in muscles Only thing different was I did a gram tren a. Weekly And 100 anavar daily

And pls. Make sure you do your blood work before ,mid ,after cycle. To watch liver and kidney . You are playing with fire here. You need a very long pct. and a good solid one. And caber during cycle on hand in case of tren gyno no need for al but it's needed on pct Your pct will be minimum 3 month of clomid and hcg Make sure you verify the pct source

I’d start out by establishing a solid training routine and diet. Get that down first before venturing into the world of supplements or even anavar. What you want to do is a recomp which is hard to do. Very hard. I suggest either focusing on losing fat or gaining muscle. Not both. Results will come faster if you pick one or the other.
