    Uggggh. Those are the worst. ... and the best. I just keep crutches handy for the exceptionally challenging leg days!

  9. Quick question -- anyone have any favorite methods/lifts for improving the roundness of their delts?? Aside from infinity lateral raises, haha. Any feedback is welcome! I think it's my medial delts that need the most work for the shape I'm looking for... thoughts?

  10. I personally had great success with leaning lateral raises. I don't know if you have tried those. I saw results doing three traditional sets of leaning lateral raises and then I did regular lateral raises and ran the rack.

  11. Looking good. Good strength increases too.

  12. Your rear (posterior) delt help "cap" your shoulders.

  14. I appreciate the pointers! Yeah, I'm thinking my rear delts need some work... Seriously, thank you all for all the support and feedback. I legitimately expected to be bashed or talked down to because... well, it's the internet, haha. Call me cynical, call me whatever, but I've learned voicing anything on the internet means someone will inevitably threaten to burn your house down. Or something to that effect. So I'm thrilled you all have been so positive!!!

    Band face pulls. Weirdly hits middle delta better than lateral raises according to emg readings

    Haven't run into that on here. AM family is very good and so many people are willing to help out.

    Shoulders are looking nice and round. I think you mentioned on an earlier post you wanted a little extra size on them.
