hi so i been doing my mma training once or twice a week and my weight training twice a week. i having trouble keeping track of my macros and calories but i know for a fact i been eating waaaay more then normal. clean. proteins veggies some fats and carbs from sweet potatoes and bananas. my question is why is my weight going up? in the mirror looks like i getting smaller but at the same time i look more soft not as hard as i did before. can someone help 😣 i dont know what to do or think
