My wife is 32 and has given birth to twins about four months ago. Right now she is looking to get back into shape now using a home gym consisting of a power rack and small dumbbell set with an adjustable bench. We are both working out at home now due to time constraints now with newborn twins and work.

She has been lifting for several years and obviously took some time off due to pregnancy. Right now she is looking at continuing a 4 times per week routine utilizing a major body part/minor body part split.

Her diet is relatively clean with a low carb emphasis. She tries to get in 5 small meals a day. She starting lifting again about a month ago and her staples are multis and fish oils. Right now she just began to take cla and is planning on taking an okd bottle of oxyelite pro(original formula) that I had laying around next week.

Anyone have any suggestions on diet, lifting routine, or supps? She is not looking to dabble in anabolics or clen. Any help would be appreciated.

Women can recover better than men, so she should try to move towards hitting some sort of lower body all 4 workouts.
She should also work towards going heavy as her ability to train returns.
If she is breast feeding that will also help with fat loss and it is healthiest for the babies.
