    Bigger Biceps


    So I've been focusing on learning more about my biceps & of course my arms in general. I find it hard when I work out my biceps though, like I don't feel the "burn" as much when I work them out. Any advice or workouts I should try? I want them to grow bigger of course.

    try doing theses three exercises ez-bar curls 3sets of 10-12reps. preacher one arm 3sets 10-12reps and last concentration curls 3sets 15reps it will hit your biceps from all angles try it for 12wks good luck

    The first thing to remember is that you're muscles are just that, muscle, and need to be trained as such. As a woman don't be afraid to train heavy. Heavy rowing exercises are great for bicep development. My wife told me she always wanted shapely arms so I had her row constantly, different grips, different types, and now she gets compliments from women all the time. And she'll be 37 next month. Also, pick the brains of buff.girl and Magdalena. They're 2 of the most respected female lifters here.
