Well my delt lift looked like this last night:
Warm up on smith
95x15
135X13 (coulda got 15 but I pussed out)
135x13
95x20
DB Presses
30x15
45x15
45x12
25 to failure
Upright Rows 60llb straght bar
4 sets of 15
Side DB Raises 20lb
4 sets of 15
Rear Delts on Cable

Thank you. I try. I am up to 60's on db presses but I need a spot hand them to me. I never kick em up anymore since my surgery. Don't wanna end up back there.

You can get those DB hooks that allow them to hang from a BB or smith bar, they can be used for any size DB.

Off season is allowing me to lift heavy again and I love it. Not loving the added weight but know it's necessary.

Do you do shrugs at all? Read your shoulder workout and there was no shrug movement.
From your pics I'd say your traps and thighs need more work. Dont take this as rude but help.
