How to get rid of abdominal fat?

What forms of exercise can I do to specifically target abdominal fat?

Hand to mouths, there is no exercise that breaks down fat. Its all about diet and an overall good exercise program. The body stores fat when you eat to much and burns the fat for energy when you are in a calorie negative state.

No amount of any abb workout will cause you to loose abdominal fat, unless you do like 1000 situps a day. But then your not really losing the weight from the situps. Your losing it from doing a cardio program that focuses on abdominal exercise.

Right, there is no such thing as spot fat loss. Try intermittent fasting and HIT training.

A tight abdominal/core section is about 70% diet, 30% training. Remember that abs on a skinny guy is like boobs on a fat girl... it doesnt count! :P
You are your own maker. Train dirty.

Cardio on an empty stomach....it'll make it's way to your mid section eventually.

Sleep, eliminate BPA plastic, avoid food intolerances, reduce stress, calorie deficit, get some sun, eat a protein and fat rich diet while in a deficit and train for strength

nothing but a clean diet paired with a balanced workout. I've learned the hard way lol. But it has to be consistent.

There are also many aids to speed up fat loss; however, I agree 100% with the main aid--diet.

With exercise we can easily reduce abnormal fat from our body. Running, jogging, cycling and yoga all are best exercises to burn abnormal fat. Water is also effective so it is good to drink maximum water in a day.
