    11-oxo Safe for Women?


    My friend want to take something to melt fat that has no stims in it. I wasnt sure if 11-oxo was safe. Thanks for your help. I'm reppin for good info

    If she's a female, I would not recommend 11-oxo -or anything else hormonal - so, no, 11-oxo is not the safest - or best - thing for a woman.

    There are plenty of non-stimulant fat burners out there, including but not limited to DCP, Lean Xtreme, Lipotrophin-PM, etc. - take a look around; there are plenty of them out there.

    As far as "melting the fat off" - NOTHING is going to do this! Make sure that she has her NUTRITION AND TRAINING right FIRST before looking at supplements, especially if she has just started training or has never used supplements before. Get her to read The 3 Keys to Fat Loss - all she needs to know re nutrition and training for effective and successful is in this article.
