Working out at home exercise videos
Hi, I’m having a problem and I was wondering if I can get any help!
My life has become a bit crowded lately that I had to stop going to the gym and my body is in a total mess so I thought that I maybe could manage to exercise at home by following videos but the thing is I don’t really know where to start, can anyone recommend me something?

You don't need to use videos. Put together a floor routine and get a skipping rope and create a few high intensity sessions using skipping, plyometrics, and calisthenics. You can get a very effective session done like this, and all in 20-30 minutes (or less) 4-5 days a week.

I hate home work out videos. The convenience is too easy. Though I will begin using the stretch, yoga, and abs video of P90x as a supplement to my gym routine. Try and get back to a gym. It's hard to get serious with a home-based routine if people around you don't share your dedication. But if you got the mental drive to do it then all the luck to you. I've read of so many people giving up on P90X because it was sooooo hard core. It isn't, you just need to have the drive for it.
