Tue - Chest/Tri
Incline (dumbells)
Flat & flyes (superset)
dips
skull crushers
cable push downs

Thur - Legs
Squats
Leg press
Extensions - 1 set
curls - 1 set
calf raises

Fri - Shoulders/traps
shoulder press (dumbells)
standing press (bar)
Machine press
shrugs
