What kind of split do most of you do on a 1test/4ad cycle, i'm currently doing a three day split
DAY 1
power snatch
db inclines
bent over rows
dips
chins
DAY 2
power cleans
squat(barbell)
hypers
front squats
romanian deadlifts
DAY 3
push press
partial deadlift/shrug
laterals
preacher curls
tricep machine dips
incline curls

and three days pt. running about 6 miles a day, MSU ROTC training
plus three days lower impact cardio, usuallly the elliptical
