Looking to change up my bodypart routine. I need a split where I'm working 4 days a week(2 on, 1 off, 2 on, 2 off) and want to hit arms on their own day. Currently doing delts, bi's-Mon, Legs-Tues, Wed-off, Back-Thurs, Chest, Tri's- Fri. Weekends off.
