I just moved to a new city, for a new job since 2 month
Adaptation, make training going hard (skip day, gym closed, schedule)
So i must change my training schedule but, i'm wondering if i must plan it on a 3 days routine or a 5 days routine.
I'm bulking lean muscle and i'm training well. Want a "Boom" routine for muscle.
Should i go with 5 days or 3 days routine?
