Can someone tell me what the correct form for lat pulldown is?
I do them on a cable pulley kneeling, How wide of a grip should I use and how do I tell, is it something with forearm angle? Should I bring it down to my nipples or colar bone?
Keep back straight, shoulders back and down, and if your squeezing ur shoulder blades together at the bottom of the movement ull be using your lats. Imagine ur holding a note between your shoulders blades, Draw the stomach in and keep the shoulders from moving up or forwards.
