A question about OVT/GVT:
I was reading this ( http://www.t-mag.com/nation_articles/257ovt.jsp ) article and it showed Day 1, Chest and Back, as the following:
A1. BP 5 sets of 5 reps <no rest>
A2. Flat DB Flies 5 sets of 5 reps <120 seconds rest>
B1. Incline BP 5 sets of 5 reps <no rest>
B2. Incline DB Flies 5 sets of 5 reps <120 seconds rest>
C1. Lat Pull 5 sets of 5 reps <no rest>
C2. 1 Arm Rowing 5 sets of 5 reps <120 seconds rest>
D1. Bent-Over BB Row 5 sets of 5 reps <no rest>
D2. Seated Cable Row 5 sets of 5 reps <120 seconds rest>
My question is, how is this to be performed exactly? Is it
A1, A2, B1, B2? Or simply A1-D2? Or is it A1x5, A2x5 etc?
If my question is unclear, I'm basically asking what is the exact order these sets are to be performed. As in, 1 set at a time of each, or all 5 sets of each exercize performed at once.
Thanks.

perform exercise A1 and A2 back to back (superset of compound and isolated movements) with no rest in between. after the first set of press-fly combo, rest 2 minutes, then repeat the same two exercise in the same format, 4 more times.
Then off to exercise group B1-B2 and so on.

Thanks; is this common knowledge of how GVT and other VT programs work?

If you read the thread on GVT you should be able to better understand how it works.
I think that the article was posted by Wardog.
