| Tore my Hamstring two days ago. Please help! A while back I decided to add 60m sprints into my workouts. I'd do them twice a week, 4 sets each day (working up to 6-8). I take about 5 mins rest in between sets. A couple days ago about 30m into my 3rd set I felt a pop in my right hamstring. It's real tender right now, and sometimes feel it get pinched.
My problem is that my legs have always been my bread and butter in the weight room. I'm real dissapointed this happened. How much time do you expect it to need to heal before I can start training my hamstrings again? |
