Anyone ever do these? I saw Dennis James doing them in his Back to the Basics 2 and they look good, aren't they supposed to really pound your hamstrings?
Never heard of these before. Do you have a link? I would guess it's facing backwards on the Hack Squat, however I could be wrong and don't see the value in it.
