The 3 day split given seems a bit taxing and may end up overtraining. especially since its' puting biceps and lats, and deads and traps on seperate days.
When a muscle it NOT lagging, but is obviously genetically weak, do u guys reckon to train it more, or less? i used to train it more, and that didn't work. so i began to train it less, which worked a bit better, but not a whole lot better.
it just seems with chest and lats, i could do it once every 5 days, or once every 8 days, and as long as i am going through the motions, the growth is pretty much within my grasp.
but with biceps and traps............damn, i have to be so careful with not overtraining, not undertraining, diet etc.etc. just to get ever so little growth. and then it seems like a major night out with alcohol, and it's a step back.
any masters with advice on a 3 day split? i don't need so much the actual exercise suggestions as much as the pyschology behind which group on which day. but ofcourse exercise suggestions are welcome too.
