training split while working 80 hours a week

I will be stuck working 2 fulltime jobs this summer, but I still want to lift. here are my hours:

    monday: 7:30-11:00
    tuesday: 7:30-11:00
    wed: 2:30-11:00
    thurs: 7:30-11:00
    friday: 7:30-11:00
    sat. 6:30-2:30
    sunday: 6:30-2:30

I was thinking of doing chest/tris on wed. morning
    back/bis on sat. night
    shoulders/legs on sunday night
    what do you guys think?

    HOly crap!

Well, you'd get by only lifting 3 days a week. But sleep and your diet is going to kill you if you can't maintain quality for both.

sleep is going to be a problem, but I think considering I will be working ungodly hours for them my bosses will let me eat all I want on the job. I was thinking of running lean extreme as well. my jobs usually don't stress me out, but I think these hours may take their toll on me.

I have to do this every so often and the best solution for me was lifting every other day. The days i lifted before work I had more energy throughout the day. If you have acess in the early morning to a gym you should try it out. Just make sure you account for the long hours and what type of work when calculating calories for the day.
