When training on AAS is it best to focus on:

Hypertrophic (volume) training
Strength training

Or hybrid (strength and volume) training e.g.

I have been cycling between all three for the past two years which one should I be doing on whilst on AAS?

depends on what your goals are .. do you want to get bigger or stronger?

i don't change my training at all while on .. steriods don't prevent overtraining or CNS burn out .. and my goal is always hypertrophy .. strength is just a nice and fun byproduct :)

When training on anabolic steroids is it best to focus on:

Strength training

It depends what your goals are. Also, some steroids are better for strength and some are better for hypertrophy. I am after size only so I would train for hypertrophy, but that's just me.

edit: nevermind, glen beat me to it. I guess that's what I get for opening so many windows in firefox...lol.

when not on aas i train only heavy to maintain size and strength.

when on aas i start out heavy and then progessively get lighter. when not on aas this routine makes my muscles feel drained and catabolic, while on aas i feel it creates a better combination to stimulate hypertophy.
