...I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong here, but hack squats are just extremely ackward for me. On the upward motion I'll end up hitting the bottom of my leg (near the hams) with the bar. It's just very awkward getting from starting position to standing.
Anyone else have this problem?
Or a video so I can see what I'm doing wrong?
I haven't been doing them with weight to speak of. Nobody in my gym does them, so I'm lost for advice there.
