Ok, I am finally making a serious split
Over the last few months I've been working out wherever anyone lets me
and sometimes couldn't work out, so it was always changing
Today I joined a gym and now I have everything I need
How was this for a work out
Day 1 (today) I did chest and tri's
Bench Press 3 x 6
Incline DB Press 3 x 6 - 8
I tried doing some dips for the tris but only got 2 sets of 6 in
So I did 3 sets of 8 tri pull downs
Then I tried leaning dips for the lower chest and these were worse then the others.
So I did 2 x 6 and 1 x 2 decline chest (found out lower chest needs work)
I did one set of db extensions for tris
and ended with pec dec
Took about 45 mins
I wanted to split the rest of the week with
one day being upperback and biceps
and do pull ups / downs
tbar rows
curls
stuff like that
and another day do lower back and legs (but i read that may no be a good idea)
and then I would repeat day one, and repeat day 2 for the last 2 days except maybe make them light days
that would give 72 hrs of rest between those bodyparts
any suggestions?
I like the chest tri thing, and the back bi, I just don't know if i should do back bi - legs
or upperback bi - lowerback legs
and when to throw in crunches
any help appreciated,
thanks
