I have a post in the Analyzed forum that shows how you can use Target-A2 to try and get rid of that last bit of fat. I would link but on phone

I agree with this. That protocol looks very good!

Josh once i assess tolerance can i either up the dose or stack A2 with another stim? Alphamine, norco, etc. I am probly going to stack with f95, but unsure with the stim stack

lookin good man! target-a2 would be a good option. or you could always go with yohimbine on an empty stomach and do some fasted cardio to get that last bit of fat off. I've always had great success with yohimbine and fasted cardio for that last bit of stubborn fat.

we generally do not recommend going against the label directions or advocate combing stimulant based products.

Check this thread out -> http://anabolicminds.com/forum/supplements/257188-target-a2-rauwolscine.html

So something like- wake and take target followed by cardio then a few hours later alphamine and then workout, could be an approach you can use

Jogging is an excellent exercise because it let you lose weight
evenly throughout your whole body. If you want to lose weight in
specific areas, you should target them with exercises. If they are
your problem areas, they will be very difficult to tone. You will have
to work double on them. The best approach is this:
1. Lower/control your daily calorie intake (control for normal
weight, lower for overweight).
2. Run/jog to lower your overall body fat percentage.
3. Target your problem areas with exercises.
an excellent exercise, you can do it in front of your TV: sit on a
stool, and put your toes under something (piece of heavy furniture,
for example). In your hands hold a little dumbbell. Please, make sure
that it is not very heavy, start with one kilo, for example, or you
will damage your back and spine! Slowly move the upper part of your
body back, until it's parallel with the ground. Stop for a second and
move it back to the sitting position. Repeat ten times. Every week add
to the number of repetitions. You will see the results in a week,
guaranteed! Your stomach would be flatter and stronger.
Dumbbells do wonders. Much better than these
crunches - I came up to three hundreds and there was no results AT
ALL. With the dumbbells you will see it in a week.

Targeting your stubborn areas will do very little for results. Most of where u lose your fat/weight is based on genetics. I do agree that you should continue to lose weight through a cal defecit by eating less and/or working out more. In my opinion I diet down until I stall out or can't eat any less (usually at the 2000 cal mark) and then add in sprints or HIIT using weights. Best of luck!

If jogging/running let's me lose weight evenly, I wouldn't be trying to double up my upper workouts so it could catch up with my lower body. Being a cardio bunny for a year and a half helped me lose tons of fat in my lower body, including leaving my a** flat as a board but my upper body stayed the same; flabby and thick. It sucked being a 0-3 pant size and still wear a large shirt. If targeting areas are suppose to help then I should not have anymore armpit fat.

Side note: I don't know if this is a troll or being serious...

You should try Lipomorph, basically no sides and a decent boost to fat loss!
