Hey everyone, I had the same scenario, which I'm sure you all have heard dozens of times, of injuring my rotator cuff during bench press. It occured about a months ago. It recently got pretty bad and now I have been resting (from all lifts) for about a week. The pain has subsided since I haven't lifted anything. Every now and then, I can slightly "feel" it in my shoulder. I cannot afford to see a doctor of any sort at the moment so that is out of the question. I have zero clue on how to even remotely determine if its torn or just severely stressed. Has anyone had any experience with a rotator cuff injury and want to help? I have accepted the fact that I need rest for a long time. But I still would like some direction from anyone more knowledgeable than myself. Any help would be appreciated! Thanks
