All time greatest tricept lifts

All right men, time to put in your two cents. I know everyone's body responds differently but here it is: what are THE all time greatest tricep lifts to build impressive and massive size on all heads of the tricep. Please try to give a reason why this is your go-to lift and how you incorporate into your workout.

I bench. I do skull crushers, and I do Tricep extensions, pushdowns, BOOM TRICERATOPS.

You need to very your positions of flexion as well, press downs with your elbows at your sides, presses to get your elbows in front of your chest, and extensions overhead. The more POF, the better your developement.

cable monster sets to failure at the end of all tricep days
CGBP, tate press, skull crusher, and incline french press
also keep changing angles to isolate different parts of the tricep.

actually all of his advice for most lifts are great, he focuses a lot on the "feel" aspect of the muscle which I think is often overlooked when trying to move maximal weight. You can start off heavy then drop the weight and try to incorporate this method

For long head: overhead tricep extension
For lateral head: close grip bench (keep elbows close to body, don't let them flare out)
For medial head: dips, or push downs with elbows as far back as possible.

Lately I've been starting off with CGBP the trisetting overhead cable ext./OH cable ext/UH cable ext... Burns like hell and I've seen some great results with it. Probably not worth doing, it's just fun lol

sets 1 2 and 3 have a 4010 tempo (with the negative being 4 seconds) and set 4 has a 20X0 tempo. With no breaks between each set, talk about pain! But its effective.

Incline triceps extension with bands are sick for pumps.
For mass....good ole close grip bench, heavy dips, and push downs get my vote.
