I'd like to start that in maibe 2-3 weeks. Then take a week off.

I'd like to know :
1- Is it too much?
2- Is it enough?
3- Where would you stick plyo and sprints in it?
4- Would you change the format to something like Limit low/Limit high/Dyn low/Dyn high on 4 different days?
5- Does it look good in general?
