Hi everyone new on here just got the app for my phone the other day!? There is some good stuff in here!
I'm after a bit of advice or knowledge on 'Occam's Protocol' which is a month long training regime I found in an interesting book called 'The 4 hour body' by Timothy Ferris I'm wondering if anyone on here as read it and more importantly has anyone tried it?!
If not it might be worth looking at, I'm by no means a training guru but I've trained on and off for years and the stuff in this book I find intriguing .....
The author has a website by the same name as the book, I would put the link on here bit being new to this forum I'm no allowed if anyone is interested in checking it out, I would love to hear some peoples opinions on it!
