I have the same thing man. It's just the way your skeletal system comes together, nothing you can do about it.

^ I disagree. I'd start doing all your heavy work on an incline and see if you can't bring up your upper chest. Throw some meat on the upper chest and that little depression between your clavicles and the mass of your pec will fill up a little bit.
Nothing to be self-conscious about. Just start doing some incline work!
Go hard. Go heavy. Never stop.
