It's like CNS or keto. Maybe do a little more research, but yes these are successful fat loss protocols. However, there's more to it than just eating meat for 5 days.Don't worry, man, someday I'ma be nobody too.

sorry no it was like pig out on the weekends but keep the protein high
yea i just feel the best when getting stronger
i will keep pushing and eff a bunch of ripped for now.
but how much cardio should i do to keep getting bigger and stronger
can i do crossfit type training swim bike run sprinting etc. how much daily 3 times a week or what
