I can't vouch for the quality of the program as I don't know enough about it to comment with any kind of credibility. However, it looks like MET-Rx and Plitt invested a lot of time and money in putting this together. Also, despite some of the criticism he gets on these types of boards, Plitt is the real deal. Unlike 95 percent of the guys out there giving advice on fitness, etc., Plitt actually has real-world credentials to back it up, e.g., West Point, Army Ranger, a 1000 magazine covers, etc. I'd rather do a program that he's endorsing than something a 300 pound IFBB bodybuilder or some guy with a blog is touting. His motivational stuff may be a little over the top for some but at least he's actually done something in life.
