I wanted to know peoples thoughts.
Currently I do as a example for biceps 3 sets of heavy bar bell followed by 3 sets incline dumbell curls followed by scotts curls at 4-6 reps than a pump set.
I wanted to know if I just use the burn machine for benefits of the dumbell supination contractions with the heavy over load of the barbell.
So I would do all my sets on this machine.
I would use it for upper body, back etc.
