Good Split? Please help

Yo Bro's just wondering if this would be a good split
Im tryin to get back in shape for some semi pro football
need to build good lean muscle and speed/agility


Monday - Chest, Delts
Tuesday - Tri's , Abs
Wednesday - Cardio
Thursday - Back , Legs
Friday - Bi's , Agility
Saturday - Off
Sunday - Cardio

This split has worked GREAT for me. I think it would be a good football split, since your explosive movements such as deadlifts and squats, which are most important to football, are split equidistant apart so you'll get adequate rest. Heres the one I've been doing.

Sunday- Leg Push
Monday or Tuesday- Vertical Push/Pull
Wednesday- Leg Pull
Friday or Saturday- Horizonatal Push/Pull
