I feel like I need to force feed myself after I get done....especially on leg day!
i have noticed when i ate mainly carbs in my diet, 50-70%, that i seemed hungrier all the time especially after a workout.
when i cut carbs way down and upped my fat intake to 40-50% of my total calories i was not near as hungry especially after a workout.
conjectural i know. just food for useless thought.
