Almost 6weeks ago I had surgery for a torn radial tendon- reattached with screws I tore it doing massive preachers the day after heavy pulls. I'm not going to need physical therapy and I can start using the arm again in about 4weeks. I am trying to wrap my head around rehabing the shoulder, lats, tricep etc. since they haven't had much work in the past few months either? I am considering some power sleeves to help the arm with stability issues and I was looking for advice?
