A couple weeks ago im not sure when it happend but when i woke up my trap (More in the Rhom major) was very uncomfortable. Additionally, my neck is stiff to turn. Can anyone recommend some treatment besides a physical therapist?
This is my second back injury in the past year and im only 21 years old. I foam roll my back and i also do stretch and mobility warm-ups before every session yet it still occurs frequently. Can anyone think of why this is happening so often? I have my nutrition/supplementation is check and I dont feel as though im over training.
