A good diet, with a constant workout program with both cardio and weight training will help.

Try a 40/40/20 split diet and weight will come off.

Biggest myth. You can NOT spot lose weight. Your body runs 24 hours a day and sadly we can not tell it where to lose and gain from. So all the ab work in the world will not help if everything else is out of whack.

Eat lean you will be lean

Train constant and you will be even leaner

some awesome exercises are fork put downs and table push aways. they will do wonders for you.

also, abz on a skinny guy are like big tits on a fat chick, who gives a ****. so i hope you have some bulk to make that lean body look like you are not from auschwitz.
you can call me "ozzie" for short.

seriously though. ab work will not push your abz out. taking massive amounts of HGH will so just avoid that stuff.

as long as your diet is in check, and it probably isnt even if you think it is, then prowler work, HIIT work, massive amounts of KB swings. and plenty of time. so be patient.
