    For example
    A1-Deads, 8 sets of 3

    A2- DB Curls, 8x3

This tells you that immediately after Deadlifts you perform DB curls. This is not a stupid question. We weren't all born knowing this stuff.

One set of deads, then one set of curls or 8 sets of deads, then 8 sets of curls? Thanks

I would kind of prefer you pair a heavy push with a light pull, or vice versa, rather than group the heavy days together. I feel you'd burn out a lot less fast on such a program. Just my 2 cents.

+1 to that. Always ask, no matter how 'obvious' you think the answer is. Its only obvious to those who already know the answer; at one stage, it was not obvious to them.
